Spare a thought for Man City š Not only are they going to lose their PL title but their financial doping has finally caught up with them
I guess their exclusion from Europe will mean 5th place qualifies for the champions league. Which is currently Sheffield United...

Would be good to see Sheff Utd, or even Wolves or Everton, get in but it would be pretty annoying if Man Utd sneak fifth. I don't mind Man City. FFP is basically a load of old bollocks and at least they shook up the established old top four of Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Arsenal. Those were tedious seasons when you knew who the top four would be every season, and two of them weren't even trying to win the league, just happy to pick up the Wenger forth place trophy

I think Man City will get the decision overturned when they appeal their case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

When a billionaire Arab owns a football club - you can bet your arse it will get overturned
Tbh they are the only ones who can challenge Liverpool at the moment so I hope it does. I quite like watch Citeh
I didnāt realise how many hidden Liverpool āfansā there are out there. I shit you not in the last 2 years about 7 people - men and women - at work have said they have been lifelong Liverpool fans. Only one of them was actually born there and none of them had ever mentioned football in the 7 fucking years previous to that I have worked with them - but all of a sudden they are fucking talking about Kloppās tactics and Keita starting instead of Winaldum and crowing about winning the league š

Pool supposedly hacked into the Etihaad's scouting database. Dunno how much truth in this.

Probably Chelsea's fault.

Pool supposedly hacked into the Etihaad's scouting database. Dunno how much truth in this. I don't think there's any doubt about it, I'm pretty sure Liverpool have already admitted it and settled out of court. I thought it was a bit odd how little press attention it seemed to attract, especially compared to that fuss about Bielsa spying on Derby training which seems a comparatively minor offense yet dragged on for ages.

What Sky could do now is just start showing the first ever Premier League season. Whenever they would have had a live game they could show their live games from 92/93. Forest Liverpool would be first up.....
Match of the Day could do the same, surely people would be more interested to see highlights of the first Premier League weekend than watch Shearer and lineker babble on for half an hour.

Forest Liverpool would be first up..... That was on the other day. It's still available on demand. Right, Art's Quiz Challange.Name the Top 10 All Time Premier League goal scorers who have never played for a title winning team. (ie any team that has ever won the Premier League, it doesn't have to be while they were there. For example, Robbie Fowler is ruled out as having for Man City).

Interesting Question. I suppose we have to start with the kings of mediocrity, Spurs, for a few answers.
Here is my punt at 10.
Les Ferdinand, Harry Kane, Jermaine Defoe, Peter Crouch, Luiz Suarez, Sadio Mane, Steven Gerrard, Duncan Ferguson, Matt Le Tissier, Mark Viduka.

That's a pretty good punt. It's a 'yes' to Kane, Defoe, Crouch, Mane, Gerrard, Le Tissier, and Viduka.
Suarez and Ferguson not enough goals and Ferdinand ruled out as having had season at Leicester (just before he retired). Three left.....

I missed off a few more spurs journeyman - Robbie Keane? Darren Bent?
How about Dion Dublin too? I thought he was a decent striker, before his homes under the hammer fame.
Come to think of it didn't Kane have a loan spell at Leicester?

Yeah, Kane did have a loan at Leicester. Er loans don't count? Yes, let's say loans don't count Dublin ruled out by having played for Man United. Yes, Keane and Bent. The last one is a midfield player who did win the top division title before it was the Premier League......

I think most of Barnes's goals would have been pre-Premier League and therefore, like all records before the Premier League, worthless. Yes, Gary Speed

A lot of football available on demand. I've been watching some World Cup highlights from the 70s and 80s, England against Cameroon and Germany from 1990 and am just moving on to Euro 96.
