Ameobi, Dawson, and Gardner were the Forest related ones. Riise and Benteke were the others

It doesn't seem quite fair that Christian Benteke has played 200+ games and his brother came in for 5 minutes, yet his brother is still spoken in the same breath as the Toures and Nevilles.
It is like saying that Alan Shearer and Noel Edmonds have 260 premier league goals between them.
I did google this as I had no idea there was another Benteke or Riise and interesting this (https://www.givemesport.com/1630811-premier-league-the-46-pairs-of-brothers-who-have-both-played-in-englands-top-flight) mentions Kieron and Nathan Dyer in the top 10. I'm pretty sure they are not brothers...

Yeah, I'd never have got Benteke or Riise. I doubt I'd have thought of the Gardners either, Craig Gardner must be one of the most forgettable players to rack up over 250 Premier League games.
When it was on the radio someone rang in and guessed the Dyer brothers and I thought 'I didn't even know they were brothers', but the hosts just went 'No, they're not on the list' without questioning if they were actually brothers or not. I'm guessing they're not...
Surprised to see the Cole brothers Andy and Ashley are not included. It must be because it was only for pairs of brothers so they're ruled out because of Carlton.....

Spence just confirmed as a Spurs signing.

Some odd quotes from Conte about Spence when he joined, seemed to be implying he didn't really want him. For any fantasy footballists on here the Sun, Sky, and Telegraph games are out. Weird seeing the Forest players there. I think the last time I had a Forest player it would have been Collymore. He scored to win me Manager of the month in The Mirror

OK, I've joined a fantasy league thing where you each have the defence of a different Premier League side - I've got Watford, which wouldn't have been my first choice. Or even my 18th choice. Somehow managed to finish 13th with that which gave me 13th pick this season. I should really have gone Brighton from the ones left but had to go Forest

Good to see all the football called off. Couldn't possibly enjoy a game of football without knowing the Queen is okay. I wouldn't want to do anything in any way social, fun, enjoyable, or interesting so will be sitting in an uncomfortable chair and staring at the wall while thinking about the Her Majesty for a week. Pleased others are being encouraged to do the same.

Does anybody else feel concerned about the number of clueless Yanks in charge of Premier League clubs. They seem to understand nothing about football and think emulating shitty US sports is the way to go. A Las Vegas consortium appears to be bidding for Bournemouth.

I'm not sure the American ones are any worse than most of them. A bit more more embarrassing maybe but as long as it's at other clubs I'm not really bothered. That new Chelsea guy has got some entertainment value at least - you wouldn't get Abramovich boasting about their great academy players like Salah and De Bruyne.. Well, that's two matches played in three weeks so it must be time for a fortnights break. Even when we're desperately cramming a World Cup into the middle of the season there's still no stopping these International breaks

Pretty irritating that Loris played so well against England at the World Cup when he's making stupid errors every week in the Premier League

Real shame Everton have got Dyche. I was hoping they'd get Bielsa, that had disaster written all over it and would have pretty much guaranteed one of the relegation spots was taken.

I don’t actually think Everton have a poor squad on the face of it, they have a goalkeeper and four centre backs that have played for England and some decent centre mids. If they can scrap a few goals from set pieces then and tighten up under Dyche then they should be fine. It is pretty shocking that they didn’t sign a single player in January and sold Gordon though – that’s not right, is it?
There appeared to be some good business done by some of the clubs towards the bottom – Southampton, Leeds and Bournemouth have a few highly regarded players on their hands.
Interestingly there wasn’t much done by most of the bigger clubs. Spurs signed their usual random player from Europe who will eventually sent out on loan until his contract expires and Arsenal did ok with Trossard/Jorginho, but I was surprised they didn’t ‘go for it’ a bit more.
The elephant in the room is Chelsea – do they have any type of strategy? I know people laugh at Forest’s signings but at least it can be argued they were needed. Chelsea finished third last season but have taken apart the best parts of that team, they’ve spent 250m on defenders who can’t defend. 90m on a player who hasn’t played outside of Ukraine and 105m on a player who cost 10m euros in the summer. They have three attackers for each position. Surely people should be asking questions?

I had Everton down with Southampton and Bournemouth if Forest were going to survive but they should grind out enough under Dyche. They could still struggle if Calvert-Lewin gets injured though, there's so few goals in the side. All those years when they were comfortable they'd regularly pay way over the odds for average players they didn't need, now they're in genuine danger of relegation they sell two of their only goalscorers and sign nobody. They deserve a relegation really.
Chelsea are an odd one. Who knows who's in charge of all the signings, seems unlikely it's Potter. Not worked out great so far for Sterling, he leaves Man City for more regular game time, the manager immediately gets sacked, he gets rotated about at wing back, then they sign Felix and Mudryk. He'll end up as next year's Harry Maguire - a full time England player...

Hard to believe at first, but then other than Zola, I can't really think of an Italian who would be near the PL hall of fame.
My guess would be some random Italian from a Chelsea title win - Cudicini perhaps?

As of last year, there are two apparently. Cudicini is one of them

My guess would be some random Italian from a Chelsea title win - Cudicini perhaps? Can only really think of Di Matteo as a possible contender. Di Canio maybe? although more or a cult favourite than legendary status. Cudicini is not the title winner I'm thinking of. Although he was at Chelsea when they won it under Mourinho so I'm guessing maybe they didn't count him as he didm't make the 5 minimum (or whatever it was in those days) appearances. The name I heard was a goal scorer whose most famous Premier League moment was an assist....
