Since it's being held in November will the Premier League be suspended until completion of the tournament ?. If not there will be many clubs missing some of their best players ..

Yes, of course. A lot of teams wouldn''t even have eleven senior players otherwise. Man City would just be Zinchenko and a bunch of kids...
What's a bit weird is we miss six weeks in the middle yet the league only starts one week earlier. I assume we're making up the rest of the time by cutting some International breaks so that's one positive of the winter World Cup at least.
