What's the crack with this? Not heard anything since it was said he agreed a deal in principle... Why has he not signed/ it become public knowledge yet?

I think he’s waiting until the transfer business is done. Keeps the balance of power on his side. I reckon once the spending is complete, he will be next to sign.
