Much as everyone loves a good cup run, could playing more games in the League Cup and FA Cup be an unnecessary distraction from our efforts to avoid relegation?

More cup games are a good thing, as it gives Cooper the chance to experiment with the squad in a way he cannot in league games.

Can't complain about that draw. It'd be great to go far in a cup this season and things have opened up a bit with some of the big clubs out.
First game back after the world cup, so it might have an odd pre season vibe to it
