I quite liked the Amazon Prime coverage of our match with Brighton. The presenters seemed clued up about both sides. The World Cup came just as we were starting to come good, we’ll see if it’s killed our momentum. |

Can't see us getting much of our this game - clinging to the hope that as they're missing Varane and Martinez, they could be a bit vulnerable through the middle.
Last I heard Jordan Smith was due to start, any update on Hennessey?

I watched Man U v Saints and the difference was 1 team had a finisher (Bruno) and the other team didn’t (Che).
Man U have a weak defence to exploit so as long as we can keep them out we might just nick a couple.

Decision making up front and final pass still missing by at times. Was hoping the World Cup break would have sorted some of these things out.

We just haven’t turned up. Honestly Johnson offers us so little. Even Awoniyi on the left is at least trying to do something. But today will be 4 or 5 nil I fancy

We might as well not play any strikers. Offer us nothing. Johnson, Awoniyi and Lingard have played enough together now to offer us more up front. Just send us down and be done with it. Such a boring season.

Lodi has set up more Man Utd attacks than Fernandes with his poor delivery at corners He ran from left back on two or three occasions to take a corner on the right that the first man nodded away. Even their corners were terrible with Erickson. Fact is the midfielders are 3 donkey stopper types with Mangala, Yates and Frueler - we create fuck all and the result was right. Bit unlucky with the offside goal but we didn’t expect anything and we didn’t get anything. Not a game we would have been focussing on winning and nor is Chelsea. After that we have games where we have to get something to have any chance |

Dennis, Lodi, Awoniyi, Williams and Lingard go down as the worst signings and that’s £60m plus. Surridge, Johnson, Yates are no less effective when on the pitch.
Man Utd have been in 2nd gear for most this game. I was really hoping for some hope from this game, not a win but just something to help see that we are improving but I have seen nothing.
I just don’t know what Marianakis is thinking watching that game. The table looks tight but looking at the other clubs fighting relegation they appear to have goals in them which we don’t. I just hope he takes a few of these players to Olympiakos so we can start sorting our finances before the end of the season.

I don’t think Dennis or Williams are bad players but were ridiculously overpriced given what they’d achieved to date. |
