Kicking off on the pitch. Gibbs white I think mainly involved. Gibbs white with a jorginho style pen that just squeezed in. Took some fucking bottle that and then stood in front of the wolves fans and put his fingers in his ears and stood there for about 5 seconds. Then the wolves player did it to our fans after that then colback bless him did it when he bagged his final pen too ha. Been niggling in second half and an undercurrent with a bit of bite and it's boiled over after the whistle.
I said at the start of the season since we signed Gibbs white that wolves will be a bit of a rival this year and almost a derby like relationship between us and them. I fucking hope we can finish above them.

I don't know the actual record but it feels like Forest's results in penalty shootouts are pretty good. Don't remember losing many.

Had no confidence in him walking up, then when he had the ball under his arm waiting for the keeper to set himself ha. I guessed he would go down the middle. If samba was in net he would have had the nerve to stay put. Pleased for colback and loved the fact he did the fingers in ear celebration too ha. Gibbs white though... Christ, to take a pen like that against your old club where he obviously has a lot of intense history over his last season at the club and moving to us... Thank god it just squeezed in. Not sure who he was after when the final whistle went but it looked like a few wolves players wanted to get in his face. |

I didn't really think he was in the game much mate, had a better first half than the minutes he had in second, still building fitness I feel..should really have done better with his chance early on. Couldn't get over/ round the ball when he was picked out 8 yards out. Showed some decent moments with some nice passes but was fairly quiet |

Well, that was not the draw I was hoping for. It's so odd that with the cutting of FA Cup replays and all the moaning about fixture congestion the League Cup semis are still two legs.

Showed some decent moments with some nice passes but was fairly quiet He looked up for it but as Rick says wasn't much in the game. He was playing upfront, supposedly on the left. Missed one half-chance. Got the impression he's far better in midfield with options in front of him. Passing, creating chances, long shots. He can put in a tackle and isn't a defensive liability (*coughs* Lingard). But a striker he is not. Our main problem yesterday was lack of an out and out striker. Awoniyi is the only one we have in the squad with PL quality.... sorry Surridge/Dennis but that's the reality. If we sign only one player this winder it should be a striker.
Utd meh, lease favoured option. Still, get a win at home and anything's possible.

Great result but thought Wolves much better than us second half. Just concerned about the injuries approaching the Leicester match.
