Anything but a loss for this one. Great to score away from home again.

Didn’t happen today - surprised he never started Scarpa. I am not overly impressed with Mangala or Frueler - when they are alongside Yates there is zero creativity there. Both Lodi and Aurier were poor today.
Nicked a point and I will take that

We weren't great today which makes the point even more important. Gibbs white played well and Johnson was dangerous in parts but yeah it didn't really click today so a point is welcome.

Agree about Scarpa, he should be starting, creative, hard working and comes back to help the defense.

Thought we looked tired today. Aurier and Lodi lacked their usual zip but tbf Bournemouth had a game plan to draw them out and get in behind, and it worked. Thats an issue when we play Yates - Mangala - Frueler across the midfield... we're reliant on the full backs to create and that leaves us exposed.
Thought we looked alot better with Danilo and Scarpa on the pitch. Disappointing start for Wood. Johno was my biggest annoyance.. kept winning his duels and getting open down the right but no end product. Needs to work on his crossing.
Still, a valuable point and good to see Surridge get off the mark.

Will take a 1-1 draw. The fact that we had Danilo, Scarpa and Lingard on the bench is certainly no bad thing and all three will hopefully play a bigger part in the upcoming games. Great to see Surridge get a goal.

Not a great performance, but you cannot scoff at an away point in the Prem.
Danilo and Scarpa are soo much better than Frueler, Mangala, and Yates. Those two need to be starting games.
It's hard to criticise Wood as he only arrived the day before, but he did look poor. I don't think he's the type of player who'll flourish in Cooper's system.
Defence all over the place. Boly allowed Moore a free header from which he should have scored, and Worrall once again lost his man for their goal. Aurier had his worst game since the restart of the season. But hey ho, we came away with a point, which is great when S'oton and Everton lost.

I'd just stick with Scarpa, Johnno and MGW as the front 3 Danilo looks proper tidy and a massive handful in that middle position. Swap any one of Yates, Frueler or Mangala for him. The biggest thing from yesterday means that we're another point further away from Southampton and Everton and still the same gap to Bournemouth. Leeds at home is massive. Though they're all massive now. I don't think 40 points will be needed to stay up, I reckon it will be more likely to be about 37 which means that we need about anther 16 points which with out home form is very doable. I see we're linked with Holgate. I've always liked him. Proper footballer at the back.
