How is this possible given how small Craven Cottage is? Doesn’t it sell out, then? 🤔 Anyway, Fulham looked better than us in the first game and are higher up the table. I reckon a Fulham win which then sends us on a poor run and back down the table (I’m optimistic aren’t I? 😆). |

A defeat is likely, Fulham will definitely be expecting to win the game so at least if we get something it will be seen as positive. Hoping for a battling performance and some space in the final 3rd for our creative players to run into.
Not sure how much their battling 2-3 winning trip to Sunderland mid week wil have affected them. Head says 2-1 defeat but hoping for a 1-1 draw

Cooper continues to impress, although our mid-table position is refreshing we haven't really played well, yes we've had 45 minutes here and there but I'm hoping today that changes, looking for a 90 minute performance and a 2-0 win.

They had the first half, we had the second. Plenty of bright spots despite the result.
We look much more assured at the back with Navas and Keke in the team. Shelvey had a superb half hour, changed the game. Dennis looked decent for once too but should have scored at least one of his 3 chances. Wood was inches from equalising in the first half but again struggled to get into the game. Lodi did a job on Mitrovic today but was at fault for Willians goal... couldve just headed it behind.
On todays showing we're a much better team with the new signings. Think we've enough to stay up. The Boly and Mckenna injuries are a worry though.

But I agree with the rest of your statement. Really nice to see Shelvey get on the pitch and he did pull some strings. It is disappointing as you could argue we might have just about deserved something out the game but thinking about it in detail Navas made a couple of good saves in particular in first half when mitrovic danced through the defence and they hit the woodwork multiple times so maybe the regular was deserved but I think we played better than we did last week v Leeds. We just have to kick out wounds and go again against... City ha. Right now we need some results to go our way cos we have a little bit of a difficult period, but Leicester smashed spurs, wolves beat Southampton but really I guess that's what we wanted, west ham got a draw with Chelsea. Need Newcastle to do us a favour tonight and Liverpool on monday |

Awful today - special mentions for wood, Mangala and Dennis - all absolutely terrible. How he brought Dennis on instead of Sam got only knows. Felipe looked good and that was about it today
